A garage door failure doesn't check the clock, and neither do we. Nights, weekends, holidays, our dispatch line stays open and a technician gets moving.
No hold music loop. A live dispatcher answers and gets a technician routed.
A stuck-open door exposing your home or a trapped vehicle jumps to the front of the queue automatically.
A 2 a.m. call gets the same stocked truck as a 2 p.m. call.
Any after-hours fee is disclosed on the phone before dispatch, never buried in the invoice later.
Each service below is handled by a technician trained specifically for this kind of repair, not a generalist guessing at it.
A door that won't close leaves your home exposed. We treat this as top priority and dispatch the nearest available technician immediately.
A door that won't open when you need your car out gets urgent scheduling and a technician carrying spring and cable stock.
Springs tend to fail at the worst possible time. Our night and weekend technicians carry multiple spring sizes for an on-the-spot fix.
Sudden impact damage often bends track or dislodges panels. Emergency dispatch prioritizes making the door safe to operate again.
Holiday coverage means a stuck door on a family gathering day still gets same-day attention.
One call routes you straight to emergency dispatch, live, any hour.
Emergency calls get the nearest available technician, often within the hour depending on location.
You get the same upfront pricing standard at midnight as you would at noon.
The door is fixed, tested, and secured before the technician leaves, with warranty paperwork included.
“Called at midnight expecting voicemail and got a real person who had someone out within the hour.”
“Door wouldn't close after we left for a trip. They walked me through securing it over the phone until the tech arrived.”
“After-hours fee was quoted upfront, no surprise on the invoice. Appreciated the honesty at 2 a.m.”
Response time varies by location, but emergency calls always take priority over routine scheduling.
Yes, but the exact amount is confirmed during the call, before you commit to service.
If safe, you can manually pull the emergency release cord to close it by hand, but call us first for guidance specific to your opener.
Emergency technicians stock multiple spring sizes so most night calls close in one visit.
We maintain a holiday on-call rotation specifically for this.
Warranty terms don't change based on the hour the repair happened.
